  1. Set the wheel shelf on top of the television cabinet.

  2. Position the scanning wheel window over the middle of the picture tube face. Center the window as closely as possible.

  3. Examine the mounting holes in the wheel mounting brackets. These holes accept mounting screws that will fasten the wheel housing to the shelf. Locate holes that best maintain the wheel position as you now have it.

  1. Using the screw-mounting holes that you've chosen, screw the brackets to the scanning wheel shelf. If necessary, use extension brackets.

  2. Using the screw mounting holes that you've chosen, screw the brackets to the back of the wheel housing. If necessary, use extension brackets.

  3. Plug the cable connector P4 into converter jack P3. (The cable transfers control signals to and from the color wheel commutator.)
  4. Cable
connections: Col-R-Tel P3 and P4, to color wheel commutator (mechanisches Farbfernsehen). Connect P4 to P3
  5. Connect the scanning wheel commutator (Item D) cable to the converter: Plug connector P6 from the scanning wheel housing into connector P5 on the converter box cable. P6 is a male connector. P5 is a female connector.

  6. Cable connections: Col-R-Tel
P3 through P6, between adapter box and commutator (mechanisches Farbfernsehen). Connect P5 and P6
