As far as conversion goes, there are two TV types...

  • Sets that feed video to the picture tube cathode

  • Sets that feed video to the picture tube grid
For these two receiver types, steps 1 and 2 differ.

• NOTICE: We ship units with the color phasing connections correct for cathode-fed receivers. For grid-fed receivers, reverse the secondary leads of phasing coil L2. In the converter, we marked these leads with red tape.
