Install the Digital Stream DTV Box, Part 3

Installation, 
       Software Setup Mode display
Step 1. Software Setup Mode. On first power-up, the unit enters Software Setup Mode. The photo depicts the Select Language screen. Pick the language in which you want to read instructions. Do this by repeatedly pressing the UP or the DOWN button. (Note: The moire patterns in the picture don't appear on your screen.)
Installation: Display
       reminds user to connect coax between antenna and converter's antenna-in jack.
Step 2. Connect the supplied coaxial cable between the antenna and the converter box's "ANTENNA IN" jack.
Installation: Converter
       begins searching for DTV stations.
Step 3A. Press OK. The converter box starts searching for local digital signals.
Installation: Found 
       one channel.
Step 3B. No required action. The picture shows that the box has found one local channel. The box is checking for a digital signal on RF Channel 7. Note that the transmitting channel appears on the left. The displayed channel appears on the right. For example, Digital Stream displays Channel 27 (549.25 MHz, UHF) as Channel 26-6.
Installation: Checking 
       Channel 33.
Step 3C. No required action. The picture shows that the box has found four local channels. The box is checking for a digital signal on RF Channel 33.
Installation: Found 
       28 channels.
Step 3D. No required action. Picture shows that TV has now found 28 local channels.
Installation: User 
       picks time zone.
Step 4. Pick your time zone by pressing the UP or DOWN arrow buttons.
Installation: Exit 
       to TV-Viewing Mode.
Step 5. Exit to TV Mode by pressing OK. You're done!
